As a parent of high-performing children, I’ve experienced firsthand the pressures of performance — in sport, academics, and the arts. This inspired me to create a strengths-based coaching approach that helps young athletes focus on what they can control, build resilience, and thrive under pressure.
I am an accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), having completed Level 1 Coach Education, 60 hours of formal training, and a successful ACC-level performance evaluation.
Drawing on my experience as a former international athlete and executive leader in education, I guide individuals — from athletes and performers to executive leaders — to unlock their strengths, develop confidence, and perform consistently.
My approach focuses on building momentum from within, transforming potential into high-level performance while fostering sustainable growth and wellbeing.
